FAQs

Why is this site unfinished?

Client projects come first, so the studio's own site is built in the time between them. Case studies are added as each project is cleared for publication. Everything needed to start a project is already on this page.

Does the studio only design logos?

No. The logo is one part of a system: typography, colour, rules of use and the materials the brand needs to launch. The system is designed first and the logo comes out of it.

Can the studio build the store as well as the brand?

Yes. Stores are designed and developed on Shopify, on top of the identity, so the brand and the store are one piece of work with one point of contact.

I already have a logo. Can we still work together?

Yes. The studio can build the system around an existing logo: typography, colour, guidelines, launch visuals and the store. The logo stays, and everything around it starts to work together.

How does a project start?

With the brief on this page. You get a reply within 24 hours, then a proposal with scope, timeline and price. Work begins on a 50% deposit and the balance is due on delivery.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Both depend on scope, so each project is quoted individually. The brief includes a budget range so the proposal fits from the start, and the timeline is fixed in writing before anything is signed.
